Parcel size and weight limits depend on the vehicle type assigned. Here are suggested size and weight limits for each vehicle type:

| 🚐 Van | Up to 300kg | 200cm x 150cm x 150cm | Large floral event orders, bulk fruit/veg supply, multiple large plants, nursery stocks |
| 🚛 Lorry | Up to 1,500kg | 500cm x 200cm x 200cm | Wholesale bulk orders, large-scale event florals, full nursery deliveries, large foliage supply |

- For live plants and floral arrangements, height clearance is critical — always factor in the full height of the arrangement or plant

- Weight and size limits are per delivery order, not per individual item
- Lorry availability is subject to area coverage and advance booking
